Geographe Drilling was established in 2004 by founder Stuart Barr as a one-man operation built on honest work and practical drilling experience. Starting with a single rig, the business steadily grew through a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliable outcomes.

Over time, Geographe Drilling expanded into a fully licensed and insured, family-owned company servicing domestic, agricultural and commercial projects. In 2025, the business entered a new chapter with the addition of the next generation and the merge with Vasse River Drilling, strengthening our capability and local reach.
Today, Geographe Drilling operates multiple rigs and continues to deliver carefully planned, compliant groundwater solutions designed for long-term performance, with work carried out by our Class 1 and Class 2 drillers.
